Job Summary The Oncology Data Specialist - Certified (ODS-C) is responsible for performing all functions associated with the maintenance of the Harris Health System Cancer Registry; case finding, abstracting, follow-up, participating with registry quality assurance functions, and tumor boards.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree with completion of the Cancer Data Management program via an approved program by the National Cancer Registrar Association (NCRA) (And) One (1) Year Work Experience as a Oncology Data Specialist - Certified (ODS-C) (Preferred) (OR) High School Diploma with completion of the Cancer Data Management program via an approved program by the National Cancer Registrar Association (NCRA) (And) Two (2) Years Work Experience as a Oncology Data Specialist - Certified (ODS-C)
