This role involves collaborating with physicians and healthcare providers to implement evidence-based medication therapy management. As an integral member of the team, you'll participate in training pharmacy students and residents and contribute to policy and guideline development.

  • Conduct rounding with physicians and healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy management.
  • Actively participate in the training and mentorship of pharmacy students and residents.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of policies and guidelines.
  • Engage in local and system-level committees and workgroups in your area of expertise.
  • Doctorate Degree in Pharmacy with an ASHP accredited residency or 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Registered pharmacist in the State of Ohio or eligibility for registration.
  • Experience or training in Oncology, preferably through a PGY2 Residency or clinical specialist role.
  • Strong clinical care and patient care skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective information exchange during rounding.
  • Passion for oncology and patient care.
  • Motivated and patient care-centered approach.
  • Ability to provide concise, appropriate information during clinical rounds.
