The Area Business Manager (ABM) will report to the Regional Business Director and collaborate with customer-facing and HQ teams across Oncology. Key responsibilities include the supervision and leadership of Senior Oncology Account Specialists, driving sales performance for the product portfolio, and maintaining business knowledge of the area landscape to identify key stakeholders and future market trends. The position requires regular in-field and virtual coaching, frequent customer contact, and fostering strong partnerships with marketing and channel colleagues. The ABM is also responsible for ensuring compliant execution by team members, promoting understanding of relevant policies, and advancing a culture of integrity.
