About The Position

At Cleveland Clinic Health System, we believe in a better future for healthcare. And each of us is responsible for honoring our commitment to excellence, pushing the boundaries and transforming the patient experience, every day. We all have the power to help, heal and change lives — beginning with our own. That’s the power of the Cleveland Clinic Health System team, and The Power of Every One. The Oncology and Infusion Stewardship Clinical Coordinator is a newly created role that offers pharmacists an opportunity to advance their clinical expertise while driving financial stewardship, cost optimization and medication access for a complex oncology and infusion patient population. This position oversees outpatient oncology and infusion compliance processes and partners closely with the revenue cycle management team to optimize revenue capture and ensure billing and regulatory compliance aligned with medication use. Responsibilities include evaluating treatment options from a cost-effective perspective, ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines and supporting longitudinal workflows related to prior authorizations and medical necessity denials to promote appropriate coverage and utilization. Initially supporting oncology and infusion services in Florida and Weston, this role will expand to support oncology and infusion pharmacies across the enterprise and identify optimization opportunities across all markets within the health system.
