The Oncology Account Executive is a customer-facing sales professional tasked with driving sustained territory growth by acquiring new accounts and expanding existing customer relationships. This role involves strategic prospecting, consultative selling, and high-touch account management to establish Caris as the preferred partner for comprehensive tumor profiling solutions. The Account Executive will build strong clinical and operational relationships with oncologists, pathologists, and key healthcare stakeholders, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from order initiation to report delivery, and supporting the adoption and utilization of Caris molecular profiling solutions. This position requires close collaboration with Regional Business Directors, Commercial Leadership, Client Services, and cross-functional teams to execute territory growth strategies. The ideal candidate will possess several years of successful sales experience in oncology, diagnostics, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals, with proven strength in consultative selling, account growth, and relationship management.
