About The Position

Bozeman Health is rapidly growing Cancer center and is seeking a Hematology/Oncology Physician. Come join a team of 5 physicians, 5 APCs, and 2 radiation oncologists. Our Cancer Center is open Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm; Closed Saturdays and Sundays. Call is required – Bozeman Health Cancer Center enjoys an excellent regional reputation and broad community support - System-wide Epic EMR – We offer an active multidisciplinary tumor board with a team of expert medical professionals. Participates in hospital and clinic quality improvement and quality assurance activities as requested or required.

Requirements

• Medical degree with specialization in Hematology/Oncology.
• Board certification in Hematology and/or Oncology.
• Experience in clinical trials and research coordination.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Epic EMR system.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices.
• Interest in community outreach and education.

Responsibilities

• Participate in hospital and clinic quality improvement and quality assurance activities as requested or required.
• Provide access to a wide range of clinical trials and research coordination to track progress.
• Supervise onsite infusion nursing and collaborate with oncology certified pharmacy.
• Engage in telehealth visits, outreach, and cancer events in the community.
• Support patients through the Nurse Navigation program from diagnosis through to survivorship.
• Provide general oncologic surgery and cancer rehabilitation services.
• Access palliative care and end-of-life care services.
• Utilize on-site laboratory services.
