About The Position

The ONC Clinical Nurse at the CC Hemo Oncology Clinic is responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients under general supervision. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida.
• Preferred 2 years of Oncology Infusion experience.
• ONS Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy Certification.
• OCN certification.
• Proficient IV skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to patients following established policies and procedures.
• Plan and implement nursing care tailored to individual patient needs.
• Document nursing assessments accurately and timely.
• Identify and report situations requiring further intervention.
• Formulate and communicate goal-directed plans of care.
• Ensure patient rights are respected and upheld.
