About The Position

As the Onboarding Support Intern, you will play a key role in ensuring that new employees have a smooth and positive onboarding experience. You will assist with administrative tasks, help organize onboarding materials, and support the onboarding team in various tasks related to new hire integration.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in onboarding or talent management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in an administrative or customer service role.
  • Experience with Asana.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and organizing onboarding materials (welcome documents, training documents, etc.)
  • Support the onboarding team with new hire orientation schedules and activities.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating onboarding databases and records.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Facilitate brainstorming and development of new onboarding initiatives to improve the overall employee experience.
  • Conduct research on best practices and industry trends to help improve overall processes and enhance the new hire experience.

Benefits

  • This role is paid an hourly rate of $17.75 for up to 20 hours worked per week.
