The athenaOne Onboarding Success Manager is responsible for leading customers through their onboarding experience with athenaOne, ensuring projects are completed successfully, on time, and within budget. This role focuses on delivering a best-in-industry onboarding experience that accelerates customer utilization of features and services, ultimately unlocking the value of athenahealth. The Onboarding Success Manager collaborates with stakeholders, manages project schedules, resolves issues, mitigates risks, and ensures customers meet go-live readiness criteria and achieve post-live outcomes.
