About The Position
The Onboarding Specialist at BCforward is responsible for managing and completing all new hire requirements for various clients globally. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to solve problems effectively. The Onboarding Specialist will work closely with multiple internal departments and provide regular updates to Account Managers and Client Relationship Managers, ensuring timely completion of onboarding processes.
