The Onboarding Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring new agents transition smoothly into the brokerage. The Onboarding Specialist provides the highest level of customer service to all agents new to HomeSmart and helps new agents immerse themselves in the brand, technology, and tools. The Onboarding Specialist guides agents by phone, zoom and email regarding each 'touch point' during their 90 day onboarding process by monitoring agent progress and identifying any challenges and providing additional support as needed.
