As an Onboarding Specialist, you will work at Elevia as part of Homesteaders Life Company. You will be responsible for onboarding funeral home customers to the Elevia texting platform. Ensure customers are properly configured, trained, and launched within a 30-day onboarding window. Your role will include managing kickoff calls, onboarding timelines, workflow configuration, and training to ensure successful adoption and customer satisfaction.
