Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead customers through a smooth launch experience by managing communications, demonstrations, readiness checks, and onboarding support across phone, email, and web meetings.
  • Configure customer portals, prepare welcome materials, coordinate registration workflows, and execute data migrations.
  • Track and manage all launch activities using Salesforce and TalkDesk to ensure accuracy, consistency, and on‑time delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to resolve challenges, support escalations, document issues, and continuously improve implementation processes.
  • Serve as a product ambassador by staying current on Parcel Pending by Quadient solutions, advocating for customers, and contributing to company goals, culture, and team success.
