About The Position
The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for administering, tracking, and evaluating the onboarding training for new hires in compliance with the company's onboarding program. This role involves supervising new hires during their training period, developing positive relationships with them, and coordinating training logistics. The Onboarding Specialist will also collaborate with various departments to ensure effective training processes and assist in the overall training of employees.
