Amazon's Reliability and Maintenance Engineering Global Talent Development (RME GTD) team is currently seeking an experienced and highly collaborative project management professional who will lead the RME organization in onboarding process management and innovation. This role is responsible for managing, executing, and communicating onboarding products and processes globally, ensuring quality and accuracy of the delivery, developing new platforms and mechanisms to track and deliver learning journeys, and own the technology related initiatives that support continued growth and expansion. The Program Manager III needs to have an expert level understanding in onboarding initiatives and strategy, communication across teams and geographies, and utilizing data to drive inventiveness and measuring success. This role will assess to understand new joiner barriers, business needs and challenges, architect new processes and technology for growth, and drive efficiency, accuracy, and comprehension within the organization. This position also requires a strong delivery record and proven program management experience to own strategic, tactical, cross-functional and learning projects and programs. This role requires scoping and creating project plans, developing processes, coordinating and driving execution, and communicating to senior management on status, risks and process/product changes. Role requires up to 15% travel.
