The Onboarding Operations Coordinator will be joining the People Team at Amplify and will be responsible for ensuring a smooth, human-centered onboarding experience when automation alone is not sufficient. This role exists to provide frontline support, coordination, and problem-solving that protects new hires, managers, and the broader Onboarding and Employee Readiness team from operational breakdowns. This is a foundational individual contributor role that plays a critical role in safeguarding employee trust, responsiveness, and care during moments that matter most, especially when issues arise or exceptions occur.
