About The Position
Vacasa is the largest full-service vacation rental company in North America, dedicated to bringing homeowners and renters together with smart technology and caring local teams. We are looking for a skilled people leader who is comfortable navigating a production-based environment and leading teams to success. This position will support West Division markets and teams, requiring candidates to be located within the general area and able to regularly drive to local properties. The role involves developing and implementing process changes across sales, operations, product, and more to improve the customer onboarding experience.
