About The Position

Responsibilities

• Help hire and manage a team of Onboarding Specialists, monitoring metrics and addressing questions.
• Conduct regular 1:1s with team members to provide feedback and support career development.
• Serve as the first Weekend Lead, overseeing weekend Onboarding operations.
• Utilize Onboarding team KPIs to manage the team and ensure goals are met.
• Identify efficiency gains in Onboarding processes and collaborate with partners for improvement.
• Manage projects autonomously and drive results with stakeholders and vendors.
• Support strategic planning and contribute to KPI discussions and business reviews.
