The Onboarding Lead will own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new AirGarage partners. From the moment a deal closes through the go live date, this role is responsible for orchestrating a smooth, world-class transition to AirGarage’s platform. You will be the main point of contact for all stakeholders—property owners, tenants, internal teams, and vendors—ensuring that each new location goes live successfully, with a high-quality experience that builds trust and sets the foundation for long-term success. This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of sales, operations, hardware, and partner success, requiring meticulous organization, excellent communication skills, and a deep commitment to delivering an exceptional partner experience.
