Requirements

  • Substantial experience in sales onboarding and sales enablement, including building and delivering structured programs
  • Proven ability to design scalable learning paths and measure their effectiveness
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across Sales, Enablement, and Leadership teams
  • Experience working with LMS platforms and CRM environments
  • Curiosity and confidence exploring AI‑enabled tools and modern learning approaches
  • A collaborative, team‑first mindset with the autonomy to own and improve programs

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver scalable sales onboarding and enablement programs that accelerate time to productivity
  • Build structured learning paths that support sellers from day one through ongoing enablement
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership, Enablement peers, and subject matter experts
  • Define success metrics and continuously optimise programs using data and feedback
  • Explore and embed AI‑driven approaches that enhance learning, performance, and engagement
  • Act as a coach and trusted advisor to sales teams across the organisation
