As an Onboarding Coordinator at Vacasa, you will play a crucial role in the onboarding process of new properties into our portfolio. This position is designed for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills. You will be responsible for managing the onboarding activities from the moment a contract is signed until the property goes live on the Vacasa website. This includes coordinating various tasks such as cleaning, inspections, and photography, as well as ensuring that all necessary permits are obtained in a timely manner. Your role will require you to be the primary point of contact for homeowners, ensuring a smooth transition into the Vacasa community. In this hybrid position based in Vail, CO, you will have the flexibility to work from home while also being required to travel to local properties. You will oversee a rotating portfolio of homes, which means that your responsibilities will vary from one property to another. You will need to analyze historical nightly rates, write property descriptions, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. Additionally, you will collaborate with various internal teams, including marketing and sales operations, to enhance the onboarding process and drive efficiency. The ideal candidate for this role will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will need to be solution-oriented, capable of overcoming obstacles that may arise during the onboarding process. Your ability to communicate effectively with homeowners, local operations teams, and third-party vendors will be essential to your success in this position. You will also be expected to maintain a general knowledge of company policies and procedures, adapting to any changes as necessary. Flexibility is key, as you may be required to work outside of normal business hours on occasion.
