The Onboarding Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the hourly recruiting staff at Human Technologies, Inc. (HTI) by managing the administration and coordination of various processes and procedures. This position is primarily focused on ensuring the integrity of onboarding systems, which is essential for maintaining quality and compliance within the organization. The Onboarding Coordinator will be responsible for setting up orientation sessions, managing documentation, and facilitating a smooth onboarding experience for new associates. In this role, the Onboarding Coordinator will prepare orientation computers and paperwork ahead of new hires' start dates. They will check in associates scheduled for orientation, verifying their attendance and collecting necessary identification and documentation. The coordinator will also administer and grade required testing, such as WorkKeys or Predictive Index assessments, as needed. Throughout the orientation process, they will oversee activities, assist associates with paperwork, and address any questions that may arise. Additionally, the Onboarding Coordinator will conduct drug screens and background checks, ensuring that all client-specific documentation is administered correctly. They will update applicant assignment statuses in the Ultrastaff system, complete new hire paperwork, and manage tracking and reporting for associates post-orientation. The coordinator will also conduct E-Verify checks for eligible associates and participate in instant interviews as required. They will assist with incoming phone calls, support recruiters and management, and ensure that the office is well-prepared for daily operations. Maintaining filing systems and ensuring audit readiness will also be key responsibilities, along with assisting in job fairs sponsored by HTI or clients as needed. Overall, the Onboarding Coordinator is integral to the onboarding process, ensuring that new associates have a positive and compliant entry into the organization.
