Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required
3+ years of administrative or office experience
1+ year of onboarding or recruiting experience
Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Experience with Google Workspace and ATS systems (Paycom preferred)

Responsibilities

Coordinate onboarding from offer acceptance through start date
Send and track completion of new hire packets and documentation
Initiate and monitor background checks and pre-employment requirements
Communicate clearly and consistently with new hires to guide next steps
Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR to support hiring workflows
Track onboarding progress and follow up to ensure timelines are met
Maintain accurate records in Paycom and Google Workspace
Support employee referral tracking and related processes
Ensure compliance with all onboarding requirements and regulations
Identify opportunities to improve onboarding efficiency and candidate experience
