Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 3+ years of administrative or office experience
  • 1+ year of onboarding or recruiting experience
  • Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience with Google Workspace and ATS systems (Paycom preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding from offer acceptance through start date
  • Send and track completion of new hire packets and documentation
  • Initiate and monitor background checks and pre-employment requirements
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with new hires to guide next steps
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR to support hiring workflows
  • Track onboarding progress and follow up to ensure timelines are met
  • Maintain accurate records in Paycom and Google Workspace
  • Support employee referral tracking and related processes
  • Ensure compliance with all onboarding requirements and regulations
  • Identify opportunities to improve onboarding efficiency and candidate experience
