About The Position
Join us as an Onboarding Business Partner in our Private Banking team in The Isle of Man. In this role, you'll act as the primary contact for all new account enquiries, and liaise between our clients and our Operations teams who are located in the Isle of Man and Chennai. You will undertake client visits to provide guidance on our onboarding journey and be responsible for driving up the quality of client submissions. As part of this role you will also be responsible for supporting the Barclays Private Bank Relationship Management teams in attending client service reviews and client events to build relationships and support in gathering client verbatim to allow us to win business and drive up our NPS scores. You will work in close collaboration with Relationship Managers, Operations and the relevant risk and compliance departments across the Barclays group.
