About The Position

The Onboarding and Manpower Sr Specialist at Honda is responsible for developing and managing onboarding programs for new associates, ensuring alignment with the center's manpower strategies and diversity targets. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance the onboarding experience, tracking metrics, and representing Honda in relevant networks and events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or relevant experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines with exceptional planning and organization skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver large-group presentations using PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated with strong communication skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience with Handshake is a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong product and department knowledge related to HDMA business and functions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute PSCC Center manpower allocation vision with department leaders.
  • Track metrics such as attrition and report plan vs actual.
  • Manage and implement onboarding activities for new hires and transfers.
  • Prepare and report Org Charts for PSCC departments monthly.
  • Create and implement a PSCC manpower dashboard.
  • Cultivate relationships with Talent Acquisition, HR, and industry partners to attract talent.
  • Create marketing materials to attract candidates to career opportunities.
  • Lead and represent PSCC in networks and events related to onboarding.
