About The Position
The Onboarding and Compliance Assistant at Manhattan Youth is a full-time role focused on managing the onboarding process for new hires and ensuring compliance with government regulations for all employees. This position is critical in maintaining accurate employee records and facilitating a supportive environment for staff. The Assistant will work closely with the Onboarding and Compliance Manager to track onboarding progress and compliance requirements, while also providing assistance during inspections and orientations.
