The Onboarding Advisor at Great Waters Financial serves as the primary point of contact for prospects, playing a pivotal role in captivating future Great Waters clients. This role is essential in effectively communicating and promoting the value proposition of Great Waters while actively contributing to the expansion of our client base. The Onboarding Advisor leads the charge in delivering an exceptional Client Experience by conducting meetings with prospects and referrals, fostering relationships with prospects, overseeing the prospective client pipeline, and ensuring a seamless transition from the sales process to the ongoing Relationship Management team. Additionally, the Onboarding Advisor presents and facilitates educational seminars, achieves target levels of conversion and close rates, and actively contributes to expanding our reach within the market.
