The Onboard Sales Channel is part of the wider Sales function and is a significant portion of the sales distribution for P&O Cruises. It is the only owned sales channel where we have face to face interactions with the guests, where we can take feedback and not only optimise the channel opportunities, but wider business priorities as well. This role is an exciting and varied shore-based role where you will work closely with both ship and shore-based teams to support the delivery of our Onboard Sales & Loyalty strategy. Reporting to the Onboard Sales & Loyalty Manager, you'll be pivotal in collaborating in the deployment of marketing campaigns and commercial initiatives that drive future cruise sales and elevate our guests' loyalty experience. You'll support a team of 30+ ship-based Loyalty & Cruise Sales Managers (LCSMs), helping them to deliver commercial performance while enhancing loyalty through onboard events and benefits.
