About The Position

We are looking for immediate a well- experienced Hyland OnBase Administrator / Developer for our long-term multiyear project. The qualified candidate will join an established team to expand customer service offerings on the Hyland Electronic Content Services Platform (version EP3). COVID Exceptions: Until the WI Department of Corrections returns to the office, candidate may work from their remote location. They will be required to visit the office one time to be fingerprinted and photographed for an ID. A new telecommuting policy is being worked on. At this time candidate should expect to be required to work in the office for at least a few days per pay period. There are no guarantees at this time that we will be allowed to work from home 100% of the time.

Requirements

Two of more of the following Hyland Certifications: OCASA OnBase Certified Advanced System Administrator, OCSA OnBase Certified System Administrator, OCWV OnBase Certified WorkView, OCAWA OnBase Certified Advanced Workflow Administrator, OCAPI OnBase Certified Application Programming Interface, OCWE OnBase Certified Workflow Engineer
Experience of 5 years or more supporting the Hyland ECM Content Platform V17 or higher in a large & complex organization. Must have held one or more of the following roles: OnBase Application Solutions Architect, OnBase Senior Systems Administrator or OnBase Technical Support.
Experience of 5 years or more of expertise in 5 or more of the following modules of Hyland ECM Content Platform: WorkView, Workflow, Document Composition, API’s DRIP, EDM Services, Unity Forms, Document Packaging, Checklists, Full Text Search, Barcode Scanning, Web client, Unity Client, Full Client, Mobile client and DocuSign integration.
Unity Form Development with Custom Actions, Autofill Keyword with legacy application data (Unity Script and API)
Form Security, Unity Script (C#) Workflow design development and configuration, load balancing configuration, rules, actions, ad-hoc tasks and notifications
Document Type Configuration
Form templates with DocuSign integration
Group and permissions management
Hyland Reporting Dashboard configuration
Working experience with Microsoft SQL & IIS
High proficiency at writing custom queries in Oracle and SQL Server
Experience with integration of OnBase tools with Microsoft products including Office & Outlook products a plus.
Ability to troubleshoot production issues under pressure and in a timely manner.
Ability to analyze and document business and process flows.
