  • Communicate daily production targets and serve as the primary liaison between production and cross-functional departments to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Oversee, coordinate, and assign daily work schedules and responsibilities for production floor personnel to meet operational goals.
  • Print, organize, and distribute physical production orders and related documentation in a timely manner.
  • Generate and review daily and weekly open delivery reports related to Sia shipments to ensure on-time fulfillment and accurate order tracking.
  • Monitor inventory levels of MRO supplies, consumables, and printer resources; submit replenishment requests as needed based on predefined thresholds.
  • Assist in the resolution of supplier-related issues for assigned commodities, collaborating with Quality and Procurement as needed.
  • Prepare and coordinate production line documentation packets, including production orders, quality alerts, and work instructions.
  • Investigate supplier quality complaints for damaged or nonconforming components, providing detailed documentation including quantity, issue description, supplier information, and location of discovery.
  • Participate in required training and development initiatives to maintain compliance and support continuous improvement.
  • Implement and sustain a daily housekeeping plan to ensure cleanliness and organization in designated work areas.
  • Utilize the Microsoft Axapta (Dynamics AX) system to manage order identification, coordination, and shipment processing.
  • Track and report daily performance metrics related to Sia activities, including labor hours, task accuracy, and productivity levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office is expected along with SAP and DLX or similar Warehouse Management System experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to influence and work effectively with all levels of management and be cross-functional in the facility.
