Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls as part of various marketing campaigns, including Spanish-speaking campaigns if applicable.
• Clearly and effectively communicate with potential clients in either English or Spanish, depending on the campaign.
• Track interactions using CRM software and maintain accurate records.
• Meet daily and weekly call targets while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with the team to improve processes and contribute to campaign success.
