About The Position

The position involves effectively partnering with key stakeholders of accounts, cross-divisional sales teams, and cross-functional teams to drive account productivity and satisfaction. The individual’s work has a significant impact on the team and other groups. Responsibilities include leading Tier 1 huddles, participating in hospital huddles, directing day-to-day functions of the team to ensure OR efficiency, and managing charge sheets and billing for accounts. The role requires a solid understanding of critical metrics and their impact on business and customer relationships, applying feedback and metrics to propose process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and elevate Stryker's impact on the account. The position also involves providing in-service training, supporting Sr. Specialists in creating Kaizen sheets for continuous improvement, and managing onboarding and compliance requirements for the team.

Requirements

  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Maintain professional appearance and work ethic.
  • Near visual acuity (corrected), color vision, mobility, bending, standing, stooping, and finger dexterity.
  • Ability to observe and correct minute inconsistencies.
  • Excellent equipment problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Stryker Product experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree, Associate's Degree or equivalent certifications.
  • 2-4 years' Operating Room experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of anatomy, surgical procedures, and techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively partner with key stakeholders of accounts and cross-divisional sales teams.

  • Direct and guide day-to-day functions of the team to ensure OR efficiency.
  • Manage charge sheets and billing for accounts.
  • Apply feedback and metrics to propose process improvements.
  • Provide in-service training at the request of the customer.
  • Support and guide Sr. Specialists in creating Kaizen sheets.
  • Onboard new employees and manage compliance requirements.
  • Facilitate team building activities and proactively interact with partners.
  • Allocate work as a team leader and check on quality/completion.
  • Drive onboarding for new hires and serve as a resource for the team.
  • Lead Program Management activities within the account.
  • Communicate specific account information to stakeholders.
  • Provide ideas to refine tools or processes.
