We are currently seeking a motivated, people-focused On-Site Supervisor to support one of our major clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working closely with employees and clients, and has a passion for recruiting, leadership, and employee engagement.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Proven leadership experience; onsite supervisor or lead experience preferred
  • Recruiting and management background strongly preferred
  • 1–2 years of supervisory experience or 3–5 years of customer service experience
  • Strong people skills with a positive, professional, and approachable personality
  • Ability to work well with others and manage a diverse workforce
  • Experience supporting multilingual employee populations; site recruits heavily Spanish, Vietnamese, and Haitian-speaking employees
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required; additional languages a strong plus
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write in English and Spanish
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Administrative experience including background checks, I-9s, and E-Verify
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet-based systems

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the on-site liaison between Surge Staffing, client management, and temporary employees
  • Effectively meet the temporary staffing and training needs of a major Surge client
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to both clients and employees
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a diverse workforce
  • Monitor employee attendance and performance
  • Perform daily administrative and reporting tasks
  • Process and assist with Workers’ Compensation claims
  • Reconcile invoices from vendors
  • Support employee relations and foster a positive onsite work environment
  • Assist with second-shift check-ins as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
