About The Position

The Site Supervisor will oversee a team of 100 or more employees, ensuring that all work is performed safely, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards. This role involves strong leadership and effective communication with various stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and team members, while also handling payroll and injury reports.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of construction practices, including building codes and contract management.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints.
• Experience with project scheduling tools such as Primavera is preferred.
• Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
• Solid understanding of quality control measures in construction projects.
• Competence in budgeting processes related to construction projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations on-site to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and laborers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Review project schematics and plans to understand scope and requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure employees are following client rules.
• Assist in budgeting processes by monitoring expenses and resource allocation.
• Maintain clear communication with clients regarding project updates, changes, and any issues that arise.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations to promote a safe working environment for all personnel.
