The Onsite Supervisor will manage the field employee workforce, address client issues proactively, and improve operational efficiency. This role will also assist with onboarding and client orientations.
Manage field employees, including attendance, coaching, and terminations.
Approach customer service with flexibility and accessibility for both client and associates.
Understand and enforce the implementation of safety protocols.
Maintain accurate records and documentation, providing accurate reporting to the client and Accurate leadership.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving, conflict resolution and customer service skills.
Communicate clearly and work both independently and in teams.
Interview candidates, assess qualifications, make job offers and conduct orientations as needed.
Adapt to changing environments and priorities and follow company policies.
Support diversity and comply with EEO standards.
Bilingual (English & Spanish)
2 years of experience in the industrial staffing industry.
Experience working with GMP standards in a food environment is preferred.
Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
