About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Staffing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the recruitment process, focusing on sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding potential candidates. This position requires a strong understanding of internal recruiting processes and proficiency in high volume hiring processes and HR software.

Requirements

• Experience in staffing or recruiting roles within a high volume environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking software is essential with excellent computer skills.
• Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidate qualifications quickly and effectively.
• Prior experience working in a client location managing the staffing process.
• Must have a focus on building positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal recruiting teams.
• Must be bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Utilize HR sourcing techniques to attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and campus recruitment initiatives.
• Ensure selected candidates align with company policies and standards.
• Maintain accurate hiring and employee records to track candidate progress and hiring metrics.
• Collaborate with client management and internal teams to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct reference and background checks as part of the hiring process.
• Work independently to ensure all client needs are met and clear communication between employees and agency exists at all times.
