About The Position

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Associate Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years construction site management experience.
• OSHA 10-hour certification preferred.
• CSL certification preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and travel locally as needed.
• Ability to read and comprehend construction plans and documents.
• Strong site management experience and detailed reporting experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in managing municipal buildings and warehouses.
• Knowledge of project management software.
