About The Position

The On-Site Manager/Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of a busy multi-family complex with 100 units. This role requires a commitment to delivering exceptional results and adherence to government guidelines related to HUD/Tax Credit properties. The manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Requirements

• Experience with HUD/Tax Credit properties and adherence to government guidelines
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and Fair Credit Reporting Act
• Proficient with Property Management Software RealPage/One-Site
• Minimum two years of related multi-family property management experience (50 units or more)
• Positive and professional attitude
• Good communication and written skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Ability to provide excellent customer service

Responsibilities

• Collecting rents
• Making deposits
• Showing units
• Handling maintenance requests and creating work orders in the software system
• Handling tenant notices
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports
• Updating tenant files and ensuring compliance
