About The Position

The On-Site Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a mobile home park in Pulaski, PA. This role includes managing tenant relations, performing maintenance tasks, and ensuring the property is well-maintained and organized. The position offers housing and utilities as part of the compensation package.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of how to copy/scan documents and send emails
• Reliable transportation to run park errands and make deposits
• 1+ year maintenance experience preferred but not required
• Self-motivated and able to perform well with minimum supervision

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the park
• Conduct daily inspections of the premises and quarterly inspections of units
• Perform light maintenance and repairs on tenant homes
• Collect rent and make bank deposits
• Enter rent payments into the Rent Manager program
• Keep up with rent delinquencies and file evictions
• Accept applications for rentals and show available units
• Maintain an organized filing system and prepare weekly reports in a timely manner
