About The Position
The On-Site Property Manager is responsible for the daily management of properties, overseeing all aspects of building management. This hybrid role involves working on-site for two days a week while managing 2-3 other properties remotely. The position requires collaboration with the Board of Directors and homeowners, as well as managing financials and project management with the Assistant Property Manager.
