About The Position

SUMMARY Provide support for scheduling, logistics, and daily operational activities. Assist with coordinating travel, meals, and other on-site needs, while ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and professionally.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have or be able to attain a valid state driver’s license and be insurable on the company’s automobile insurance policy.

Nice To Haves

  • Two (2) years of college preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the scheduling of transportation from a hotel to the work site and back to hotel.
  • Assist in the scheduling of transportation for meals.
  • Assist in the weekly planning of transportation and meal schedule.
  • Assist in the coordination for shopping trips off-site as needed.
  • Assist in the coordination of any travel to Urgent Care.
  • Provide emergency transportation if needed.
  • Assist in the scheduling of hotel rooms as needed.
  • Use a company credit card as needed for emergency purchases.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
