Job Summary: Deliver excellent customer service while providing food assistance and information to guests who seek food assistance and resource referrals at the Food Bank. Coordinate processes in our on-site food pantry and the online ordering system. Staff the pantry during normal business hours and on Saturdays. Interact with and manage volunteers during the shifts, and ensure a safe and welcoming environment for staff, volunteers, and neighbors. Support the Market team in an environment where the pace quickly changes based on need. A Pantry Coordinator must be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly and work on their feet for extended periods day after day.
