About The Position

Requirements

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Experience with budgeting and financial management.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring stock levels are kept up and ordering new supplies as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Organize and maintain office filing systems and records.
  • Supervise administrative assistants and office staff.
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate staff schedules, meetings, and workspaces.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office visitors, phone calls, and emails.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Communicate with vendors, service providers, and other external stakeholders.
  • Ensure office facilities are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Coordinate with building management for any office-related repairs or improvements.
  • Manage office budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Process invoices, payments, and track office-related expenditures.
  • Assist with payroll and other HR-related administrative tasks.
  • Ensure the office complies with health and safety regulations.
  • Implement office safety procedures and handle emergency situations as required.
  • Coordinate company events, team-building activities, and client meetings.
  • Plan and organize company parties, holiday events, or training sessions.
