About The Position
Sundial of Sanibel is seeking an experienced On-Site General Manager for a 266-unit beachfront condominium. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the property, managing a team, and ensuring the successful administration of the Association's Operating Budget and Reserve Study. The General Manager will also coordinate special projects and maintain high standards for the property while interacting positively with residents, vendors, and the Board of Directors.
