About The Position

As a representative of the Conference & Event Services Department, the On-Site Manager & Office Assistant will attend a multitude of campus events to ensure that event logistics are carried out efficiently. Duties and responsibilities include interfacing with Facilities Management, Media Technology Services, Dining Services and Campus Police. Additional duties and responsibilities include: 1.) Coordinate event details as requested by the client. 2.) Properly meet and greet event guests. 3.) Provide guests with general information 4.) Duties as assigned in the Office can include but are not limited to inventory, office organization, assisting with keys and access cards, and attending meetings.
