  • Ensure the stable operation of the development.
  • Complete all assigned duties in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain a well-kept appearance for the development.
  • Ensure the safety and security of the development and residents at all times.
  • Identify and report all problems or potential problems involving the development or its residents to the Supervisor in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate open communication between all individuals involved in the operational aspects of the development.
  • Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times, especially when interacting with residents, asset management, vendors, and community members.
  • Ensure compliance by residents with the terms and conditions of the Residential Lease and the Resident Rules and Guidelines.
  • Be attentive to the concerns, complaints, and/or suggestions of residents and respond to them in a prompt, fair, competent, and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures established for the development.
  • Must have Tax Credit / Affordable Housing / Property Management experience.
  • Free medical, dental, and vision after your first 90 days.
