About The Position

We are hiring an On-site Event Sales pro at Halidom Eatery on Moreland Avenue in Atlanta, GA - near the East Atlanta Village neighborhood. The On-site Event Sales specialist will lead all outbound sales for private event and corporate bookings at Halidom Eatery, our premium multi-concept food hall. The On-site Event Sales pro is responsible for the full sales cycle from cold-calling prospects to signed contracts, and is a key revenue driver with a focus on building partnerships and growing our events program. Cold calling experience is a must. The ideal candidate has experience with event sales in metro Atlanta and a great network. Experience creating BEOs (Banquet Event Orders), familiarity with platforms like TripleSeat, Eventbrite, and CRM tools, and a strong operational understanding of on-site event execution = huge plus! Halidom Eatery hosts 10 diverse food vendors and features the beautiful Bar La Rose serving up classic and creative cocktails. The atmosphere is elevated casual, contemporary, and energetic. Requirements

  • Cold calling experience is a must.
  • Legal authorization to work for any employer in the US
  • Diploma or GED
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with team
  • Computer skills; internet savvy, social media skills, MS Office

Responsibilities

  • Developing new business and expanding existing business by establishing and maintaining contacts; cold calling, cold outreach campaigns, and prospecting
  • Working in tandem with management and staff at Halidom Eatery
  • Leading event space tours; making compelling presentations to decision-makers
  • Reporting and other administrative tasks as assigned
  • Follow direction of management team, adhere to attendance policy, and follow all safety rules and procedures
