About The Position

The Customer Service On-Site Rep (VMI) provides dedicated customer service at client locations, ensuring smooth operations and satisfaction. This role is responsible for responding to customer inquiries, assisting with requests, coordinating the receipt and stocking of ordered products in designated supply areas, and performing inventory checks. Operating independently at on-site locations, this position represents ODP Business Solutions products and services. Consistent attention to customer needs directly supports sales growth and fosters a positive relationship and image for ODP Business Solutions with the customer and their employees.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No prior experience required; customer service experience is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use technology to access and manage information.
• Positive and engaging attitude.

Responsibilities

• Receive and validate shipments of ordered products, stocking them in designated supply areas.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives, Distribution Centers, and Customer Service Centers to research and resolve order discrepancies.
• May perform desktop deliveries for select accounts.
• Conduct inventory counts of supply areas at customer locations, notifying relevant parties of discrepancies or low stock.
• Deliver on-site customer service, acting as the primary representative for ODP Business Solutions products and services.
• Engage daily with customer employees at all levels, maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
