About The Position

KLDiscovery, one of the largest national eDiscovery providers, is seeking experienced attorneys to support an upcoming litigation. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-profile matter involving complex legal and social dynamics. This role is a contract-based position which requires work on-site in New York City and offers competitive hourly compensation. The duration of the project is expected to be several months, with the possibility of extension based on case developments and performance.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice law in New York State
• Federal court admission (SDNY or EDNY) is a plus but not required
• Prior experience in litigation, document review, and discovery preferred
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Ability to work onsite in New York City

Responsibilities

• Conduct document review and analysis
• Perform legal research and draft memoranda
• Assist with discovery-related tasks
• Potentially defend depositions (for candidates with relevant experience)
