About The Position

Requirements

  • Ability to proficiently utilize computer programs and company database systems, including Microsoft 365 Office Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve and maintain accuracy

Responsibilities

  • Manage the business of the association to maintain property values and foster positive owner/resident relations.
  • Utilize leadership and interpersonal skills to develop strong working relationships with community board members and owners.
  • Recommend and implement procedures for compliance with federal, state, and local laws regarding community association management.
  • Provide oversight for compliance and architectural processes, ensuring adherence to community governing documents.
  • Plan, organize, and assist the Board in conducting meetings, preparing board packages, and providing notifications of meetings.
  • Create and implement the community annual budget and manage capital improvements, reviewing monthly financial statements and monitoring accounts.
  • Secure competitive contract bids, present comparative bid reviews, and supervise compliance with contract terms.
  • Review incident reports and implement timely solutions as needed.
  • Read, interpret, and apply association governing documents.
  • Work with the Assistant Community Manager to service the community and provide additional training as needed.
